1. Setup Property & Tenancy
The first step in managing your properties using Royal Tenant is to add a property.
Here we are adding a property with an existing tenant, Terence.
2. Setup Reminders
After you added your property and tenant, you may setup reminders to remind yourself and your tenants.
Here we are adding a reminder to remind myself and my tenant to pay the TNB bill.
3(a). Issue Rental Invoice
To get rental payment from your tenant, first we need to issue a rental invoice.
Creating new invoice for your tenant might look like tedious work.
We can assure you that you only need to go through this process once and only once.
After you fill in the missing information, the second time you create a new invoice, it will be a breeze.
3(b). Sample Unpaid Rental Invoice
Done. You are ready to send out the rental invoice.
This is the rental invoice that you will send to your tenant to collect rental.
3(c). Send invoice by email
After you have created the invoice, you may email it for your tenant to pay.
Your tenant will receive an email with a link to our payment page.
He may attach his offline bank in receipt for your future reference.
3(d). Send invoice by WhatsApp
In case you don't have your tenant's email address, you may also send the invoice to your tenant using WhatsApp.
3(e). Create Another Invoice
The second time you create a rental invoice, the process will be much simpler because Royal Tenant remembers all the important information.
This will save you a lot of time!
4(a). Collect Rental
After you made sure that the rental payment is already in your bank account, you may mark the invoice as paid.
A paid invoice will be generated for your tenant as proof of payment.
Again, you may email that to your tenant.
Or you may send it using WhatsApp as well.
4(b). Sample Paid Rental Invoice
This is the paid rental invoice that you can send to your tenant as proof of payment.
